Excelente opción para alojarse en Santo Domingo. Muy recomendable por ubicación ya que estás en una linda calle de la zona colonial con encanto y tranquila, cerca de restaurantes y principales lugares de interés. Anfitrión 10/10

The apartment was in a great location in the colonial zone. It was clean and beautiful and the breakfast was nice.

After paying for the apartment on the app, I received a text via WhatsApp thanking me for my hotel stay in Punta Cana. I thought it was spam since I was not in Punta Cana, but in Santo Domingo. I did not click on any links because the text seemed suspicious. The property was great, however, no one replied to my messages via booking.com, the phone number was disconnected in the app, and the directions in the app were very inaccurate and took us to a location no where near the apartment. It was an enormously frustrating ordeal to find the property, especially after driving for hours. After an hour of driving in circles, we relied on a valet from a different hotel to call Heritage, which also felt like a scam. Of course, that man wanted a tip for his “help”.
