Very comfortable room, wonderful staff and breakfasts on the porch were delightful. Bisabo is in a neighborhood with many good restaurants that are an easy walk away. The pool was crisp and refreshing. Jado and his team made us feel very welcome and well cared for when we stayed for 5 days for a family wedding in Kigali

Great location. The room (small apartment) is big with a balcony. Clean. Overall very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful
The bathroom had some water clogging problem. So the first day I took a shower - the water ran all the way to my room !!

Utrolig venligt personale. Perfekt rengøring og dejlig morgenmad. Ligger i et godt kvarter. Vi fik lov at lade vores ting blive i lejligheden uden ekstra gebyr, da vi skulle på weekendtur og fik også lov at tjekke senere ud end normalt. Manageren hjalp os med at booke verdens bedste og flinkeste chauffør - Bruce- , som kørte os på weekendtur fra BISABO til Vulcanoes National Park og retur igen. Han var meget vidende om Rwandas historie, kultur og natur.
Der var lidt problemer ved ankomsten med at få varmt vand. Det blev dog ordnet hurtigt.
