Хороший вариант для небольшой семьи 2-3 человека, учтите, что апартаменты небольшие. Достаточно тихо. Плюсы : -отдельный дворик , приятно завтракать и ужинать на улице( желательно в жару поставить зонт или тент, это будет огромным плюсом) отдельная парковка внутри двора, есть все необходимое из посуды для небольшого отпуска. Недалеко большой супермаркет и местный пляж, не спеша 10-15 минут. -постель и полотенца чистые; - простой, свежий ремонт;
Минусы, которые легко устранить и это значительно улучшит впечатления и повысит рейтинг : -чистота стиральной машины, пришлось ее мыть и убирать забытые вещи из барабана; - надбитые бокалы и некоторая посуда не помыта была( сушка для зелени) - туалет и душ находится в спальне, тем кто в другой комнате это не очень удобно; -подобрать к туалету, подходящую по размеру крышку и сиденье для туалета( маленькая и крышка сломана)

Abbiamo trovato capelli sul divano e per terra, cucina sporca con pentole e padelle unte e sporche. Mancavano i sacchetti per l’immondizia, tovaglioli di carta, sale e olio, panni per pulire la cucina, cialde per la macchina del caffè. Quando si mette a disposizione una cucina l’essenziale bisogna fornirlo.
