Fantastic customer service very helpful no matter the question, perfect space all you need and clean location is central. Free WiFi, TV and kitchen equipment.

To be honest not alot to do with the appointment (mobile reception in area no good) if I had to be pickie I would say new shower head would be a bonus. But it's a good pressure just would like to be able to change spray setting better.

The flat was clean. Perfect bedding and towels. At the kitchen was everything you needed and even more( salt, pepper, oil; tea, coffee, sugar)

The only thing was loud outside at night, because it is a pub very close to the flat and it was working until 01:00, but after that time was quiet.

The apartment was very well decorated, clean, modern and well equipped. Everything necessary was there even salt and pepper and washing machine, microwave, towels and toilet paper. The beds were super comfy. Wi-Fi was working very well. Good location in the town centre (though nothing to do in the town itself, but close to the Lake district attractions) with Tesco just across the road. Parking is in the rear of the building.

Shower needs improvement - very low pressure and jumping hot/cold water all the time. I was unable to wash my long hair. Probably bigger blanket (or two blankets) would be better and one blanket is a bit small for two people. Was a bit struggling to find the key for the first time as for some reason there are two key boxes with the same flat number and we spend 5 min trying to open the wrong one before realized that it was a wrong box. Also there was no phone number to call in case to ask as we arrived out of office hours. So emergency number would be good to have for such situations.

Wasn’t a good look on entering the the property the stair carpet was littered and look filthy , however the apartment was very clean , thank goodness . As in the reviews I read I must say , please get another couple of chairs
