Su amplitud, cercanía a la parte vieja de la ciudad y a uno de los puertos. Está en planta baja y tiene cafetera para cápsulas con cápsulas de cortesía. A metros hay comercios para comprar comida, bebida y tomarse un café si quisiera
Aunque el edificio es viejo, lo dicho, bien equipado. Cama amplia y confortable. Dos aires acondicionados, bien el wifi. Aunque entre cocina-baño y estar-dormitorio hay que moverse por una escalera, esta es corta permite buena movilidad

Casa bella, anche abbastanza ampia dato che é a 2 piani soprattutto il piano di sopra dove c’è la camera da letto é ampio, posizione eccellente in 2 minuti sei sulla lungomare, le scale all’interno della casa molto belle, oltre la camera da letto c’è anche un divano letto…
Difficile trovare parcheggio avanti casa, le mura non sono abbastanza spesse cioè io sentivo ogni cosa delle persone che abitavano sopra, lavandino del bagno abbastanza basso ma anche perché sono io alto.
