Leppington 5Br house near Woolworths Tran station

Very convenient location. Large nice house. Comfortable.

Loved the house, loved 3 bathrooms! Aircon and heating worked well, had everything u could need for cooking and cleaning. Bins were empty. Close to Leppington shops!

The grass wasn’t maintained and was so long. I contacted them and they said someone would be out but no one came at all while we stayed for the 6 nights. My children couldn’t play outside because of that. the washing line is broken and held up by two planks of wood, held towels fine, however two small lines provided under patio. Tv channels didnt work due to signal problems, when used washing machine for the first time the pipe came out and water everywhere, they said they would fix after our stay as I clipped pipe to heavy washing basket to keep it in place. Very bad pressure in main shower in the family bathroom upstairs, plug for bath is crazy weird, held water however slowly drained the water and kids had 10 min bath. Drain in toilet next to upstairs family bathroom was stinky, black finger prints on walls in same toilet, there are holes in walls and stains on carpets, very well used home. Couch and beds have wooden blocks to keep sturdy. Main bedroom has squeaky bed every time u move. Hope these points/dislikes get fixed and resolved as the house is lovely and needs some maintenance done. Guttered we couldn’t enjoy the back yard the most! Paid $2500 NZD and the full use of the house was not available.
