Sehr nette Unterkunft. Sehr zentral, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Opernplatz entfernt. Sehr netter Vermieter. Alles vorhanden. Einfache Unterkunft, aber sehr sauber und funktional. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig vorhanden. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Hannover fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall dort noch einmal buchen.

Excellent location, close to the train station and the city centre, 10 minutes walk from everything. Nice host who was quick to reply on booking and very welcoming upon arrival. Good fridge with a small freezer, nice wardrobe for clothes. Would definitely recommend for short stays in Hannover!
The water in the shower wobbled a bit unpredictably between hot and cold.

The location is about 10-15 flat walk to the Hauptbahnhof in a quiet side street. The owner, Hannes, met me in person as he lives in an adjacent apartment making key collection and explanation of facilities very easy. He was friendly and helpful with good control of English. Kitchen facilities and wifi were excellent. Late checkout to midday was helpful.
It was difficult getting more than lukewarm water from the shower. Be aware there is no lift so luggage needs to be lifted two flights of stairs to the apartment. Keep in mind there are two single beds rather than a double bed.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und man ist fußläufig schnell in der Innenstadt.
Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde nicht richtig warm und hat in der Temperatur zwischen kalt und mittelwarm ständig geschwankt und es hat an der Sauberkeit gemangelt.
