Estaba limpio. Las camas cómodas
Una mesa en la cocina para 4 personas estábamos incómodos porque no hay mas espacio para comer. Solo teníamos una sartén, el resto de utensilios bien. Tampoco hay nada para tender cuando vienes de la playa

Location and cleanness.
There is no reference to stairs and it being in an upper floor. For people with constraints in mobility it is not an option. There’s not a sofa or a small living room.
