Het appartement was netjes onderhouden en schoon.
Slecht contact met personeel. Alles verliep via de app. Ik heb ze niet gezien. Nadat alle administratieve taken voltooid waren, heb ik geen contact meer met heb gehad. Ik had ze geappt met wat vragen, waar ik tot op heden geen antwoord op heb gehad. Tot slot was de douche in de ochtend ijskoud. Er kwam geen warm water (‘s avonds had je wel warm water).
