Beautifully immersed in nature surrounded by trees fields and farm animals. Lovely outside area to enjoy and very well equipped.

Two slight inconveniences were immediately remedied by Brenda who was super helpful.

Outstanding location in a very quiet little spot few minutes away from everything. A piece of haven😊 The house was above expectations: super clean : 10/10 is not even close. It is so well decorated, all kitchen amenities you can imagine, a hot tub with a view. I have travelled a lot around the world but this is by far the best place I booked. Thanks to a wonderful host to make this little getaway a great success.

Wow on the location! We were quite surprised how private and peaceful it was! My two young girls loved that there were bunnies jumping around on occasion and some farm animals close! Great facilities beds were comfy and warm!

Only thing and it’s being picky is as the shower head was a bit floppy but that’s a super small thing :)

- fabulous location. 5 mins to Omaha Beach, 5 mins to Matakana and beautiful views of the estuary. Very quiet. - great deck with outdoor seating and dining - decent kitchen, equipped with a good range of appliances. - spacious living area with large tv on the wall - 2 decent sized double bedrooms. Might feel tight for 4 people. But good for 2 friends or a couple.

- cleanliness was a bit of an issue - the hot tub was filled with sand on our arrival and the instructions weren’t clear on how frequently it needed cleaning. We found a lot of hairs around the place too - on the bathroom walls and in the shower. - we reached out to the property managers of the place when we arrived as we weren’t happy about the cleanliness and needed clarification and they never replied. - the price is too high for the overall quality and experience of the place. - we stayed during peak summer and we asked if fans could be supplied and they refused. We brought our own, but not ideal when you’re staying in humid conditions. There is a decent breeze but the 2 bedrooms suffer a bit from the heat.
