De locatie, het veilige gevoel door het hek bij de ingang, de parkeerplaatsten op het erf, het uitzicht op de zee en de zonsondergang, het appartement, de inrichting, het balkon, de voorzieningen (keuken, badkamers, wasmachine, koffiezetapparaat).
Er wordt tijdens je verblijf niet schoongemaakt. Dit moet je zelf doen. Er worden ook geen schone lakens en handdoeken geleverd. Je kunt ze wel zelf wassen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann zu Fuß nach Los Llanos laufen und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Parkplatz ist privat auf dem Grundstück. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Sogar Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs und Shampoo werden gestellt.
Schade ist, dass scheinbar Vormieter die Pfannen sehr zerkratzt haben und keine große Pfanne vorhanden war.
