Difficulté pour accéder au parking. Il faut manœuvrer et ça passe de justesse. Alors en plein été quand tous les appartements sont occupés, cela doit être très compliqué

Appartamento spazioso, estremamente grazioso, piuttosto ben fornito e pulito Ad appena pochi passi dal centro di Polignano, la posizione è buona

Durante l’estate 2025 non erano ancora terminati i lavori di costruzione del condominio : il garage, segnalato come disponibile, era in realtà inaccessibile. Dopo aver chiesto aiuto allo staff, hanno declinato ogni responsabilità e si sono rifiutati sia di trovare una soluzione alternativa o di proporre un parziale rimborso, che è stato poi ottenuto tramite l’assistenza di booking. L’appartamento è molto valido ma come a volte capita quando le strutture sono gestite dalle società di property management il servizio è l’assistenza lasciano a desiderare

The place is great, seems pretty new, kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook, good to have parking garage.

Wifi is very bad, even hard to watch tv, they need to improve this asap. The road to the parking should be fixed. Hard to make a turn and ground is not leveled. Host shuold offer some spices for those that want to cook.

Location was great . If the apartment was maintained it would have been fantastic

Driveway to access car park was blocked as people doing works . They just taped off the side of the driveway. Shower head broken, fell on one of us and wouldn’t stay upright, had to hold it, mould in bathroom floor, wooden planks need to be replaced , no WiFi . Could have lived with all this but agent kept saying they’ll get back to us but never did. Bad communication. Also dirty dishes and cups.
