The apartments are located in the very center, a few minutes from museums, shops, cafes, transport to any part of the city. Next to the yard there is a grocery store, around the corner - bakeries, banks, a coffee shop open from the morning. It is very cozy with a dormer window. It can be closed with blinds if the sun shines too much or left for ventilation. There is a tiled roof around and it is very beautiful. The yard is quite quiet.
The communications need repair. You can get used to it, but it is not very comfortable. You won't be able to cook or heat food there, although there is a small refrigerator.
