Cercanía a la playa, y restaurantes. La casa es de tamaño modesto, pero esta bastante nueva y cubre todas las necesidades importantes. Los anfitriones son excelentes.
Escaleras angostas en caracol, no tan aptas para gente mayor.

Maison avec 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une cuisine très propre et très calme . Toute proche de la plage où les couchers de soleil sont fabuleux . Pour ceux qui ont une voiture: parking. Pour les autres bus de Santa Cruz à 12:30 et arrivée à 14:30 . Puis pour repartir bus pour Ostional à 14:30
Comme la maison est ouverte ( voir photos du site) il fait chaud dans la cuisine du bas qui communique avec la terrasse du 1 er étage : heureusement il y a un bon ventilateur. Heureusement aussi chaque chambre ferme à clé et la maison ne se voit pas de la route et est située derrière la maison du propriétaire. Cela rassure.

It suited me for my needs for one night. Great that I was able to have use of a washing machine, and super location for walking access to the playa San Juanillo and Cocos restaurant. The host was very helpful and friendly.
The layout of the property was quirky. I felt less like home and more like a functional bed for the night. As I say, it suited my needs for the night.
