Absolutely perfect.

The property was excellent, modern, clean and extremely spacious with everything you need to live comfortably. The location was great too with parking outside the property in a neighbourhood that felt safe. I'd definitely recommend the property and would look to rebook the house in the future.

Lovely villa with modern contemporary design

Property is very clean & modern, nice design exactly as on the photoes. Free parking right in front of the house. Host is friendly, prompt & responsive. You can easily drive to nearby towns like Brugges, Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent.

Strenge uitcheck instructies gekoppeld aan waarborg

Mooi huis, ruime kamers

Er zijn boetes als de uitcheck instructies niet correct gevolgd worden, waarbij de waarborg tot €200 kan ingehouden worden. Wij hebben onze waarborg terug, maar bij het lezen van deze instructies bij aankomst in het huisje was er niet veel 'relax' meer aan Villa Relax (vb beddengoed niet in garage= €40 boete). Bovendien waren de uitcheck instructies op booking tegenstrijdig met wat via whatsapp gecommuniceerd werd (ivm vuilnis en plaats handdoeken). Er werd ook lastminute op de ochtend van het uitchecken om een filmpje van het huis gevraagd om te bewijzen dat de uitcheck instructies gevolgd werden. Waarborg hoort te dienen voor schade, niet voor poetsdiensten. Geen handzeep Geen recyclage (alles in 1 vuilniszak) Stof onder het bed

Aangenaam gezellig weekend gehad

De kamers waren ideaal voor onze vriendengroep, heel proper, groot, goede bedden,.... Het hele huis is heel mooi ingericht en praktisch.

De badkamer is mooi en proper, maar wel spijtig dat er wat beschadiging is aan het de muren van het vocht. De oven (knopje was kapot) en micro waren moeilijk te bedienen.

Zeer mooi en gezellig huis. Er is veel ruimte, alle nodige faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en de communicatie met de eigenaars verliep heel vlot.

Sehr schöner und gelungeneres Wochenende mit Freunden

Das Haus war sehr schön und genau wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es hatte genug Schlafplätze für jeden einzelnen und einen wunderschönen großen Garten. Das Haus war sehr lichtdurchflutet und wirklich sehr gemütlich.

Leider haben wir im Haus keine Seife in den Badezimmern und kein Spülmittel in der Küche gehabt und selber nicht daran gedacht etwas mitzunehmen. Ansonsten waren wir wunschlos glücklich

Hier verbleven met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Een erg mooi, groot en schoon huis. Campingbedje baby en 2 peuterbedjes aanwezig. Bakker op einde van straat. Spar op 5 minuten rijden.

Opgemaakte bedden moet je bijbetalen. 10 euro p.p. Geen kabeltv maar via googlecast. We hadden kleine kinderen bij maar het huis is aan 1 kant niet met een hek afgesloten. (Glijbaantje was erg verouderd is aan vernieuwing toe. Geen traphekje aanwezig. De borden waren te groot om goed in de vaatwasser te passen. Geen wc papier aanwezig. Er was geen raamdecoratie beneden achterzijde.

Villa très spacieuse, le jardin est très beau Tout est décoré avec goût. L'hôte a été très présent par message tout au long du séjour.

Nous n'en n'avions pas vraiment besoin mais la tv ne fonctionnait pas.

Magie in Kortemark

Het huis was tip top in orde. Alles was netjes gepoetst. Er stond een fles en een chipke klaar wat toch leuk is als je aankomt. Alles was zoals omschreven. De bedden opgemaakt, er waren handdoeken aanwezig. Een heel mooi huis om te overnachten.

Het enige minpuntje is de locatie. Er zijn niet echt veel activiteiten dichtbij. Het huisje zelf in combinatie met de prijs maken dit ruimschoots goed!

Ons verblijf was modern, ruim en uiterst comfortabel, met een vriendelijke en behulpzame host die alles soepel liet verl

De accommodatie was perfect voor onze vriendengroep om Oud en Nieuw te vieren! Wat ons het meest beviel was hoe modern en ruim het huis was, waardoor iedereen genoeg plek had om comfortabel te verblijven. Daarnaast was de host fantastisch: ze reageerde snel en vriendelijk op al onze vragen en was ontzettend behulpzaam, zelfs toen we haar vroegen om ons te helpen met het vinden van specifieke dingen in de omgeving. Echt een aanrader voor een zorgeloos en gezellig verblijf!

Vraiment top

La maison est vraiment magnifique. Et facile d’accès en voiture. L’intérieur est propre et spacieux. Une terrasse est également disponible. S’il fait beau le rapport qualité prix est parfait. Les hôtes sont facilement joignables et sont très rétives.

Il est juste dommage de devoir ramener notre linge de lit et nos serviettes

Erg mooi en ruim huis. Met een groep van 9 personen was er meer dan genoeg ruimte. De host had bij aankomst het gezellig gemaakt met heel veel kaarsjes en een fles champagne. Host was goed bereikbaar en prettig in contact

Omdat het een heel nieuw huis is, mis je wel een “standaard” dingen, zoals bijvoorbeeld gordijnen, scherpe messen, theeglazen etc. Tevens waren er op sommige plekken heel veel mieren, doordat het een vrij nieuw huis is

Een prachtige locatie met een mooi uitzicht. Tijdens het ontbijt konden we al genieten van de zonsopgang over de velden. Gewoon prachtig 👌
