Surfers Paradise 2-Bed Near Beach with Pool & Gym

It’s was clean spacious and in a great location, not sure what all the bad reviews are about we loved our time there!

Only somewhat bummer is we were directly across from kids resort but it wasn’t even bad just noisey at times

Loved the facilities. Aircon didn’t work and windows were facing west, even though the temperature was 24 degrees it was very hot. Lightning around the hotel and short street is very poor. A bit of a safety issue as the footpath is very slippery and uneven.

Rather than go to a locker to pickup the keys. It would be easier if you could get them from reception. Because where you have to pick up the keys are about 700 metres from the hotel and there is not parking where the keys are so it is best to walk. But after driving 2 hours I just wanted to get in and shower.

Location

Cleanliness. The ensuite shower was flooding and I informed property management. They asked me to purchase Draino from a nearby store to see if I can help resolve the issue. They said they would reimburse. I looked under the drain and it was very clear that due to the bathroom not being cleaned correctly. There was months & months of hair build causing the blockage. There was rubbish left in room. A used lollipop even on coffee table. I waa offered cleaning to come back through while we were staying but we were on a short getaway and didnt want our holiday disrupted anymore.
