La ubicación si bien es pleno centro cómoda para todo, al estar en un primer piso a la calle es muy ruidoso tanto de noche como por la primera mañana , se escuchan las descargas de mercaderías, limpieza de veredas, tránsito,etc. A tener en cuenta aquellos con sueño liviano .Por lo demás estuvo todo muy bien.

El departamento está muy bien equipado y espacioso. Tiene una buena ubicación, cercano a todo! Ivana muy buena anfitriona y preocupada!
Solo que por estar muy céntrico se escucha ruido en las noches!

La ubicaccion fantastica. En general el dpto esta bien, solo que al ser antiguo deberia realizarse una remodelacion para ser confortable y sin riesgos.
El dpto se encuentra en un edificio que por ser antiguo tiene problemas de olor a humedad en el edificio y en el dpto. Se calefacciona con una estufa sin ventilacion por lo cual es un riesgo no solo para el huesped, sino un eventual problema para el propietario ante una falla Estos comentarios no son para bajar la calificacion; al contrario es para que sea mucho mejor
