Apartman 151 U u Aparthotelu Vučko Jahorina - private host

Apartman ima lijep pogled na skijalište.

Apartman nažalost nije ispunio naša ocekivanja, jer smo mislili da se nalazi unutar hotela Vučko. Apartman se nalazi u sklopu hotela Vučko, ali ne u Hotelu Vučko. Nalazi se 30ak metara od glavnog ulaza u Hotel Vučko, i ima svoj zaseban ulaz. Što nam je uvelike otežalo korištenje usluga hotela, zbog cega smo i bukirali ovaj smjestaj. Za bilo koji sadržaj hotela morali smo izaci van na zimske vremenske uvjete, po snježnoj mecavi i po neociscenom prilazu od snjega i leda, u čizmama i bundama. Na dorucak, u spa, na rucak, u frizarski salon, djete nije moglo koristiti igraonicu jer povratak u apartman nije bio unutar objekta nego je trebala izaći van, na vec opisane uvjete. Naš boravak zamislili smo puno prakticniji unutar hotela, gdje smo u toplom i koristimo navedene sadrzaje, (uz nadoplatu naravno). Prilaz automobilom takoder nije moguc do ulaza, prtljagu morate nositi kroz neprohodni neocisceni snjeg i led 30ak metara. Ako putujete sa djetetom kao mi, i zelite komfort, ovaj smjestaj nije adekvatan. Vlasnik je bio susretljiv i pokusao nam je objasniti da griješimo, uvjeravajuci nas da se apartman nalazi u Hotelu Vučko. Međutim, nije nas uspio uvjeriti. Na profilu apartmana treba jasno navesti da za usluge hotela morate otici do hotela. 😀

Apartma je na super lokaciji, zelo dobro opremljen, s perfektnim razgledom. Lastnik je prijazen in ustrežljiv. Priporočam to nastanitev, je le par korakov od smučišča. Vse kar potrebujete je v bližini. Letos smo imeli srečo, saj je snega res ogromno in so proge super urejene.

This was our first time skiing in Bosnia and we were really impressed by both the resort and accommodation! A good size, modern apartment with easy access to the ski gondola and main part of Jahorina resort. Large bathroom with hot, powerful shower. Towels and bedding were provided (unlike a lot of ski accommodation in French resorts). Nice coffee machine, with pods, which was really appreciated! Parking was free at the hotel next door. The apartment comes with a ski locker for easy storage and access to the slopes. There was loads of storage space in the apartment itself. Very good location, a five minute walk from four or five different restaurants and bars in the main resort. Good communication from the host.

We avoided the main hotel as much as possible as we found the staff were unhelpful once they found out we were not main hotel guests. The car park (although free) was a long way from the apartment, which made arriving and leaving a little more challenging. (The host did offer to reserve us a space, which might have been closer, but as we had a hire car from the airport we did not have a registration number in advance). A couple of times, we found the door out of the boot locker room was locked and had to carry our skis further than necessary. Really minor things which did not spoil a better than expected stay!
