Nice location, very close to the ski lift. 3rd entrance in the complex, 30m to the ski depo from where you can ski the additional 20m to the lift. Nice and clean apartment on the 3rd floor with a lift, comfy beds, all utilities, warm and well equipped.
Parking is terrible, expensive and not maintained. There is no dedicated parking spot but there was enough parking available when we arrived. Not sure what the situation is in the high season as it seemed it could get pretty crammed. Entry into the compound is through a parking ramp with the machine so stupidly placed it is impossible to drive close enough to get a ticket out from the car (and same crap at the exit). Parking spots were not cleaned from snow, same as the driveway. With plenty of snowfall the approach was icy and slippery. When parking you had to hope there was nothing underneath the snow as one couldn't see anything. Reception closes in the evening and noone answers the phone from the parking machine. Cards given regularly don't work (have met several other people with the same issue), so if the reception is closed there's no entry or exit if your card malfunctions. One evening there was a heavy snowfall and several cars got stuck in the very narrow and icy driveway. Without helping each other, pushing the cars, shovelling with our gloves for hours, all of the cars would remain stuck and block the traffic as well as making it impossible for us to enter or exit. That such a terribly maintained parking is charged at 15 a day is a monstrosity!

Это были реально одни из лучших апартаментов, в которых мы останавливались. Я уже привыкла возить с собой некоторые вещи для комфорта нашей семьи, которые обычно должны быть предусмотрены в апартаментах, но их часто не бывает. В этот раз мне не пригодилось ничего, в этих апартаментах есть абсолютно все необходимое. Как будто ты находишься у себя дома. Хозяйка Сташа - большая молодец, спасибо ей. Всегда на связи, предоставляет развернутую информацию обо всем необходимом. В апартаментах чисто, тепло, комфортно. Здание около подъемника Трново, вечером можно отлично покататься и на санках. Ключи от апартаментов выдает сотрудник ресепшн. На парковке всегда есть места, она платная.
Конкретно нашей семье было неудобно вчетвером спать под двумя одеялами, но, возможно, для других это не является проблемой. В здании сильная слышимость, но наши соседи были тихими.

Apartman Kaja je apsolutno savrsen smestaj na Jahorini. Pocev od divnih, gostoljubivih, ljubaznih, predusretljivih domacina, preko ambijenta koji je topao, ugodan, ukusno sredjen, uz toliko pazljivo odabranih detalja koji upotpunjuju prostor, savrseno opremljene kuhinje u kojoj imate sve sto pomislite da vam treba, dnevne sobe koja je harmonija udobnosti i savrsenog dizajna, divne i preudobne spavace sobe, prostranog kupatila opremljenog svim neophodnim sitnicama, pa cak i preslatke terase sa pogledom na bajkovite planinske predele. Lokacija objekta je odlicna kako za skijase (zicara je ispred same zgrade), tako i za rekreativce koji su tu da bi setali po prirodi. U blizini apartmana su cak dve prodavnice, nekoliko kafica, a parking je ispred samog objekta. Ocena IZUZETAN je malo da se opise koliko je ovaj apartman perfektan u svakom smislu i koliko je vlasnica Stasa pravi primer dobrog domacina sa kojim je zadovoljstvo saradjivati. Mi smo zauvek vasi gosti ❤️
