Just ok.

It was spacious and it had a parking lot.

Too far from the city centre (fortunately we had a car) and not very clean.

Not a bad apartment, but it requires more maintenance from the administrator.

The location was good. As well as parking.

It was very smoky and cold. The heating didn't work, nor did the Wi-Fi. An appeal to the receptionist went unanswered.

La posizione è decentrata rispetto a Strasburgo, ma comunque comoda e strategica, la fermata del bus è davanti alla casa. Condominio silenzioso. Supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.

La pulizia, molti arredi erano fatiscenti, basterebbe veramente un minimo di ristrutturazione per renderla molto accogliente.

L'emplacement était parfait, on était à 10mn de tout.

Franchement, le sol collait. Un petit coup de serpillère ne ferait pas de mal.

L'appartement est très bien situé, bien desservi par les transports, c'est idéal pour la marché de Noël

Apparemment avec du potentiel mais très mal entretenu et équipé. canapé éventré, télé cassée, poignées de meubles cassées, vasque de salle de bain cassée, porte de douche sale et abîmée, La cuisine et très mal équipée, même pas une petite cuillère, vaisselle sale, placards en bazar et vaisselle sale et collant. Il n'y avait même pas de quoi faire la vaisselle, le produit vaisselle laissé a disposition était complètement vide. C'est extrêmement décevant Je met quelques photos à l'appuie mais j'aurais pu en mettre beaucoup plus.

L’appartement est grand et confortable . Place de parking privée . Près des transports en commun.

La proximité avec l’église: les cloches sonnent très longuement à 7h, à 8h le matin. Pas de wifi (pas de réponse des propriétaires) Humidité dans la salle de bain ( porte de douche moisie) et vaisselle sale

Spațios, 2 dormitoare plus o canapea extensibilă, poziție centrală cartier, mijloace transport în comun în apropiere, spații comerciale în zonă, un loc de parcare auto, dotare bucătărie corespunzatoare,

Comunicare dificilă cu proprietatea pentru diversele probleme existente: lipsă parolă și apoi semnal wifi, al treilea set de lenjerie de pat foarte murdar, televizor cu probleme imagine stânga sus (pată mare plus linii negre ecran), produse baie necorespunzătoare, doar un loc parcare (am comunicat că venim cu 2 autoturisme, nu ni s-a oferit o soluție de parcare pentru a doua mașină în zonă). La întrarea pe casa scărilor prima imagine e dezolanta, adică praf și mizerie (nu este doar problema proprietății fiind spațiu comun). Am sunat și direct, la numarul de telefon din prezentare, am trimis mesaj la proprietate pentru problemele menționate, fără răspuns direct (răspuns târziu prin booking, tot fără soluție pentru wifi). Ca și concluzie, apartamentul este spațios, suficient pentru o familie cu 6 persoane, cu mențiunea ca are doar o baie. Dacă nu ar fi existat problemele menționate, raportul calitate- preț ar fi unul bun pentru un weekend în Strasbourg. Pentru cei care sosesc cu 2 autoturisme, se pot găsi parcări în zonă, liber în weekend, cu taxă rezonabilă de luni până vineri.

Meubles anciens et vieillissants Ne correspondait pas vraiment aux attentes (notamment photos) Escaliers très raides sur 2 étages Vasque salle de bain cassée Odeur d’égouts très désagréable dans la salle de bain / cabine de douche Chauffe eau à gaz non conforme car non sécurisé - nous avons dû nous même tourner des vannes car nous n’avions plus d’eau et les propriétaires semblaient au courant de ce problème récurrent car ils n’ont on envoyé une photo « tuto » Télé cassée Prévenance des hôtes quant à tous ces problèmes

- Keuken was verschrikkelijk, keuken blad zonder silicoon veel vocht in het houten blad ! Kruiden kast moet is proper gemaakt worden ! Waterkoker was zo vies en vuil… en helemaal vol met kalk. Brood roosters is er wel 2x maar werkt niet ! Geen thee en thee pot dat je kan gebruik van maken. Senseo was er wel maar durfden hem niet gebruiken. - Dekens op op bed waren schoon, maar badhanddoekenen waren wel proper maar helaas was het heel hard en zat daar muf geur in. Tijd om het te verander. Barst in beide kanten van lavabosteen, dat je het gevoel krijgt elk moment dat die kan uiteen vallen. - zetel 3 zit op foto wel maar helaas was die er helemaal niet !
