Odbiór kluczy w recepcji, która znajdowała się w innym budynku - totalna porażka. Nem volt elektromos autó töltő, a kulcsokat máshol kellett leadni, ha nem autóval mentünk volna ez gyerekkel és a csomagokkal nagyon nehéz lett volna kivitelezni.

Apartment's quality was fine, it is new building, so quality is accordingly. There is quite large grocery store 1 min. walk away, so it is very convenient. I enjoyed terrace. Ironing equipment was great. Apartment's location in the building is very close to SPA area (it is just one floor down).

Key collection was understandable, but still inconvenient, as we had to drive twice to a completely different location to collect and also give back keys, even though there was a receptionist working in the same apartment block. The SPA area was very crowded in the evening. When we visited one evening, the wet sauna and salt room were both cold. The next day we decided to come at 12:00, and at 10:30 we informed the staff in advance so they could switch the saunas on. This time, both the dry and wet saunas reached an acceptable temperature, but the salt room was still cold. It also seems that the saunas were not built very well, as the heat escapes quickly through the floor. Additional insulation should have been used to maintain the temperature more effectively. Washing machine damaged one of my branded T-shirts, so be very careful with washing something, you can damage it. Not all lamps were working. For example, the bedside lamps could not be switched on. The towel heater in the bathroom was not working. We were two persons staying for five nights, but we received only two small towels and two bath towels. Even if we washed them in the washing machine (without any washing liquid provided), we still had to wait until they dried. This felt like a very cheap way to cut costs. The parking garage location assigned to us was on the opposite side of the building, so we had to walk through almost the entire building to reach it. At the same time, there were free spaces available in the parking lot directly under the apartment. There were not available wine glasses. There were not available kitchen towels. You don't have very nice view from apartment (so no mountain panorama :) ).
