A localização é perfeita para quem pretende fazer cruzeiro com embarque em Cabo Canaveral. A acomodação oferece boa privacidade e conforto. O custo beneficio é muito bom.

Pictures were true to form and provided a nice hideaway off the beaten path. Appreciated all the conveniences and quality finishes both inside and outside of the unit. Unfamiliar with the area I wondered about the location at first but realized the unit was off in the cut, 5 minutes away from Cocoa Village (a cute historic town!) and right across the bridge from Cocoa Beach.

The only two minor things of note was no full length mirror and clarity on how to use the keypad. We used the extra key but not sure if I could have slept at night knowing there was one just laying around outside.

Quartier calme, appartement avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Très propre.

Locatie is dichtbij het strand en Cocoa Village. Fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig was en de mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten.

Schoonmaak was erg slecht uitgevoerd. De badspullen van de vorige huurders lagen nog in de douche. Na melding hiervan te hebben gemaakt werd gevraagd of de schoonmaker nog moest komen? Wel fijn als je twee nachten blijft dat er een schone badkamer is. Uiteindelijk niet kunnen oplossen met de verhuurder, helaas. Dat is niet ten goede gekomen aan onze ervaring. De bovenburen hoor je luid en duidelijk, er zijn geen isolerende maatregelen getroffen. De woning is mooi opgeknapt maar is op sommige plekken al aan vervanging toe, zoals de handdoek haak in de badkamer die op de grond lag. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding vind ik erg matig en ik zou dit appartement ten zeerste afraden.
