Great location, nicely decorated, on-site parking, cosy. Instructions from the agency were good.
Cobwebs on the doors and windows on the outside, says it had air-conditioning but doesn't, pots and pans damaged, communal BBQ is covered in cobwebs and dirty, couches are full of black marks. Being on the ground floor with passers-by meant the roller blinds didn't give one the choice to partially open them. Many of these things have been called out in previous reviews and appear to have been ignored.

Double bed was very small even for someone of normal stature, though we understand the bed size is limited by the size of the bedroom.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable.
It is located in a great area, close to eating places and the beach.
Unfortunately the front of the unit was littered with dead leaves and windows had cobwebs.
