Very clean, great value for money, useful amenities and had everything you would need for a short trip. Staff were concise but helpful in communicating check in and check out, and getting into the room was smooth and easy.
The location was a bit of a hassle when commuting with bags as it required some walking. The elevator was also a tight squeeze so not ideal for more than two travellers.

部屋も広く、普段暮らす一人暮らしの部屋と雰囲気が同じなため、リラックスして滞在出来た。
湯沸かし器、お茶、お菓子などが置かれていたのも嬉しい。

The property was very nice, convenient, and it has everything that you need. Clean towels were provided, and clean bed sheets. There was no meeting with the owners, but the keys are collected from a locker. The accommodation can comfortably host 2 people, even if not a couple - because there is a sofa on which on person can sleep, bed sheets are also available for the sofa.
It was a bit hard to enter the correct building, because there are multiple doors open, so we entered in the wrong building at first, and it took us some time to figure out we have to climb the 5th floor (which is kinda obvious from the property's name). Everything else was perfect.
