Localização e vista. Espaço bem grande.
Apartamento velho, sem manutenção , cafeteira sem filtro, luz da churrasqueira queimada , disjuntor caiu na hora q estava dando banho no meu bebe no chuveiro e tivemos que entrar em contato com zelador pra ligar pois nao era dentro do apartamento. Condomínio chato tudo reclamam me interfonaram umas 5x em 3 dias. A empresa responsável nao da o suporte necessário, so fingem que são atenciosos ate vc precisar de alguma coisa.

Apartamento muito grande, localização perfeita, a vista da sacada é maravilhosa, cozinha com muitos acessórios.
A cama da suíte poderia ser um pouco mais confortável.
