Die Lage der Wohnung und die Sauberkeit. Schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Toll fanden wir auch den kostenlosen Privatparkplatz hinterm Haus. Einrichtung sah noch sehr neu aus. Ausstattung war vollzählig (Geschirr, Besteck, Spülmaschinenreiniger...).
Die Tür im Badezimmer hat gequietscht. Beim kleinen Duschvorhang fehlte die Cordel zum herunterziehen. Insgesamt keine optimale Lösung zum Duschen [Seiten waren offen, Wasser spritzte dort heraus]. Ein Radio in der Küche wäre schön gewesen. Eine Info zur Waschmaschine und deren Aufenthalt und Beschriftung wäre für die Zukunft empfehlenswert.

Das Appartement Epstein liegt im 3. OG (Dachgeschoss) eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Lippstadt. Von der B1 kommend ist die Unterkunft gut zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus finden sich zahlreiche Parkplätze und hinter dem Haus noch 3 private Parkplätze für die Wohnungen.

Eine tolle und saubere Wohnung und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und absolut unkompliziert.
