    I stayed at many places in Seoul and this was a satisfying place for its price. I’d recommend and will return next time.

    Small building on a side street with only 3 units one each floor (one two-bedroom family suite per floor). Great for an apartment style stay for groups and families. Equipped with basic amenities and nice to have full temperature control in unit (which is not necessarily true of hotels, even nicer ones, as AC may not be turned on for the building until the warmest months). Located a short walk from Yeoksam station and the green line. Many eateries and convenience stores nearby as well as upscale dining at Josun Palace Hotel down the street. Walkable to a playground next to a large church. Staff speak limited English, but helpful. Offers flexible checkout time for a charge of 20,000 won/hr for each hour after 12 noon. Also able to hold luggage, but be advised bags are just left by the entrance in front of the check in desk (high trust society and all). Did not use the gym, but appears lackluster with limited equipment. Daily cleaning available upon request, often completed by 2-3pm. Overall worked out perfectly for our stay and would definitely consider returning.

    Good for family with kids and need to prep meals. Location is alright with metro nearby but the hotel is up a hill so parents who need to carry kids should take note. Bedroom casing like bedsheet and pillow case appear a little dirty with stains. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall good stay
