The location is great. You can walk to many restaurants in about 10 to 15 minutes. The beach is a 2 minute walk. It appeared that all rooms had balconies. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit. You could access the balcony from the living room or from the bedroom. There is a road and then some condos in front of the resort but you can view the ocean from the side and in between the condos. All of the staff we came into contact with at the facility were helpful and kind.

The location.
The maid named Star was very kind & helpful!
We did not get the room we booked as described on Booking.com. We booked an apartment with a “separate bedroom”. The photo showed an actual room off of the living area and kitchen.
The photo below shows this is NOT “separate”.
It’s just like a hotel room! I would have stayed at the Hampton Inn if I wanted a hotel room.
The young girl that was working the desk at check-in needs to learn the property and how to interact with guests…poor people skills.
