Great house with everything you need. Close to just about anything you want.
With 8 people and two bathrooms we made a schedule as we all attended graduation ceremony.

I didn’t like the property at all …… not 1 bit , HOWEVER I DID LOVE IT , EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. it was room for everyone , the pool was nice and cool on the hot day , It was nothing short of AMAZING!

House looked better than pictures
Heated pool wasn’t included after $1600 .. no pool markers stating the feet

Clean older home that’s been updated. Pool is clean and well kept. Property manager was attentive and communicated well.
Location was sketchy and way overpriced for what you are getting. Older house, older neighborhood, and very expensive. And you pay extra for a heated pool. Kitchen was also lacking in equipment so plan on that. Not enough seating in living area for a 4 bedroom house charging what they are charging. Also smelled musty upon entrance even though they do have an air purifier and fans in room. Price had us expecting better as we are used to a certain level of accommodations in our bnb rented houses. Just not good enough for the rate being charged and would not recommend.
