Localização incrível, perto da praia, supermercado, farmácia e padaria, o funcionário Cleiton nos atendeu muito bem .
Falei com o Reinaldo sobre as observações de trocar a tv, o fogão pois o forno não funciona é um ventilador na sala extra pois o que tem não dá conta.

Apartamento no 2° andar, difícil pois n há elevador.

A localização é muito boa, possui ventiladores nos cômodos, wi fi e há comércio variado bem próximo.
- Vaga de estacionamento externa e descoberta - Escada para subir com malas (desconfortável, no meu caso 2 adultos e 3 crianças) - Micro-ondas não funciona, não possui air frayer, basicamente só possui fogão e geladeira - Tv não funciona pois a tela está com defeito - Sofá da sala precisa trocar está na madeira. - Precisa levar roupa de cama (lençol, edredom, travesseiro).
