The location is 100/10. A market + shop is less than 1 minutes away. When I arrive, a flat was clean, NO bad smells or some dirt. All the necessary stuff was there. I could wash, iron, dry my clothes. Cooked without problems.
Dirty bed sheet 🙈 I had been staying for 2 weeks there. So, decided to wash sheets. And oops, noticed not a pleasant surprise. But again. It can be fixed ☺️ by an owner.

Lage, Sauberkeit, viel Platz für eine Person, viele Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Küchenausstattung sehr gut, aber nur einer sehr grosser Topf vorhanden (zu groß für eine Person). Dafür eine gute Pfanne, Eier ganz ohne Fett gebraten! Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer. Ruhig, da an der Innenhofseite.
Schllüsselholen ziemlich umständlich: mehrere Kästchen am Gitter rechts vom Gebäude befestigt. Man muss das richtige finden und Kod einstellen - bei Dunkelheit nicht so einfach... Im Bad keine Haken zum Badetücher Aufhängen. Im Schlafzimmer nur dünne Vorhänge, dadurch morgens zu hell. Im Fernseher nur wenige und eher uninteressante Sender zu empfangen.

Obiekt blisko centrum, w bloku portiernia, parking płatny pod oknami.
Bardzo minimalistycznie urządzone mieszkanie i mało przytulne, brak naczyń. Brak zasłon i rolet. Niestety mieszkanie było niedosprzątane. Niewielki wkład w parę drobiazgów i zadbanie o całokształt podniosłoby znacznie jego standard.
