Comfortable property but customer service is poor due to management company. Plenty of other properties available who ge
Property was fairly well equipped and in a good location. Sauna was great and property was comfortable.
Property not kept to a high standard - was a little unclean, sheets were not made instead left for guests to make up upon arrival. Main issue was property is managed by a company who has never set foot on site. They take ages to respond; have poor customer service and seem very disinterested in helping out customers or wishing they have a good stay. Incredibly robotic and can literally give you no proper help about the proper location or facilities. You are given the details of someone in the area a week before who is much more helpful than the management company.
