So big and comfortable

Had to book for bed linens and towels

Warm and cosy

Better directions and signposting needed

Small, cosy apartment, has everything you need in the kitchen, underfloor heating in bathroom and great little sauna.

Property was fairly well equipped and in a good location. Sauna was great and property was comfortable.

Property not kept to a high standard - was a little unclean, sheets were not made instead left for guests to make up upon arrival. Main issue was property is managed by a company who has never set foot on site. They take ages to respond; have poor customer service and seem very disinterested in helping out customers or wishing they have a good stay. Incredibly robotic and can literally give you no proper help about the proper location or facilities. You are given the details of someone in the area a week before who is much more helpful than the management company.
