House was beautiful... woodsy! We loved it all. Game room was fun and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and games.
Only down side was that there were only 2 parking spots but that was because of ordinances.

The layout worked very well for the occupancy. The grounds were clean and lots of options with the game room and hot tub.
The hot tub would not get any warmer than 94 so not much time was spend in it since it was too cold to stay outside. The drain in the shower in master bedroom would not drain so showers had to be quick so it did not overflow.

I liked everything.The only thing was the altitude.You could barely breathe other than that.Everything was wonderful
I did not like that.I was charged so much and was not able to use the spa because the spa was not getting hot.Even though someone came out cleaned it out and adjusted, it never got hot and I think I should get reimbursed something
