Es war ein schönes Apartment. Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Mittendrin im Zentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

A localização do apartamento é excelente: a poucos passos da Plaza Mayor. O apartamento é confortável e bem equipado. É possível fazer tudo a pé a partir dele: perto do Palácio Real, da Plaza del Sol, da Gran Via e do metrô.
Tive problema com o aplicativo para entrar no apartamento e demoraram mais de 30 minutos para me responder. Desarmou o disjuntor e ficamos sem luz por toda uma manhã, sem poder sair, porque as portas só abrem com eletricidade. Eu tive que abrir a porta para o eletricista. Do contrário ele não entrava. O eletricista demorou mais de duas horas para chegar e mais uns vinte minutos para resolver o problema. São rigorosos com o horário de entrada e saída, mas não me ofereceram compensação por essa enorme dor de cabeça e pela perda de metade do dia. Fiquei lá nove noites e não me ofereceram limpeza. Quando eu pedi, me deram uma limpeza cortesia. Não sabiam me orientar onde colocar o lixo no prédio. O atendimento do anfitrião é ruim.
