Zakynthos Luxury Villa Mon DIOM II, seafront

Quiet area, close to the beach. Spacious, very clean and comfortable property. Pool is wonderful with a large grass area too. Large parking area. Air con throughout whole house. The owners were so lovely and helpful. We had an issue booking a taxi back to the airport because it was on one of the islands important bank holidays - the owner helped us with this so quickly and efficiently.

Nothing. It was all wonderful! The only thing was that the local area is very quiet so if you are looking for a wide choice of restaurants, shops within walking distance you may feel quite limited. We had a car so we could manage this better - especially in August temperatures!

Location was the best one. Having been în Zakynthos for 4 times we’re objective in stating that this was by far the best villa. Perfectly located next to many beach clubs but secluded in order to have quiet and intimacy, pool and jacuzzi kept us active during summer nights, the outdoor area is so well equipped that in each moment of the day we had both sun and shadows. The villa itself has a perfect plan, very easy to move around, equipped with everything that anyoane can need. Many thanks to the owners making us feel like home, providing us all the best recommandations where to eat, drink, party and depending on the wind which beach is the best. We’re definetly recommending coming here and about us for sure will return over and over again. Thank you again John, Maria and Marino.

Quiet location close to the beach and restaurants. Lovely sea views from the villa. Great place for a relaxing holiday.

The restaurants menus were all the same, so not much choice. Great for one week stay but not longer. Supermarket did not have a great selection of fresh fruit, meat, or fish. Would have been nice to have a cafe or bakery to get fresh bread.

Die Architektur, die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten (Sonnenliegen und „Sitzecken“), der gepflegte Aussenbereich mit Pool und windgeschützem Sitzplatz, Insektenschutz an den Türen/Fenstern, eingebaute und leise Klimaanlage, die ruhige Lage, die Aussicht und die Gastgeber. Es war alles sauber, gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Sehr bequeme Betten (Matratzen mit eher höherem Härtegrad, was für mich perfekt war).

Die Badezimmer waren eng/klein im Verhältnis zum Rest der Villa und hatten eher wenig Ablagefläche/Haken. Der Stauraum in den Zimmern ist eher begrenzt (Schränke wären bei Belegung eines Zimmers durch zwei Personen eher klein, bzw. zu wenige erreichbare Tablare, wenige Kleiderbügel).
