Perfect size for our group of 9, fully equipped kitchen inside and outside, plenty of drinking water provided, plenty of soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, laundry with soap, big swimming pools in the subdivision, location near the gate, flexibility of owner

No bidet in the bathrooms nor buckets. The mop was old and difficult to use.

On arrival the house looked very nice, but Kitchen Door was Open, someone could of entered and any damage would of been down to me. The curtains at least in the main bedroom are too small. There were Micro Ants everywhere, Kitchen, Toilets and on Dining Table.

Swimming Pool very nice, Location Quite and Central.

It's clean, facilities like aircons, water heaters, laundry machine are working. Kate Residence is good for travelers seeking a budget friendly place to stay. It provided basic necessities that you need. 5-7 Mins away from the airport.

Misleading information! I booked for 14 people and I booked 2 vacation houses. But it turned out, its just 1 house. I traveled with my brother and their kids, so we made it work, although it's very cramped. It has 4 rooms but mostly small sizes. The 2 bunk beds are not that sturdy. The teens don't feel comfortable sleeping on top of the bunkbeds.Mostly used multiple mattresses on the floor to sleep on. Far from any main groceries. I called and message Kate Residence but no answer. I would have appreciated a response.
