Moderno, confortável, cozinha bem equipada, para quem vem à trabalho e precisa fazer refeições no apartamento, eventualmente. Destaco a atenção da anfitriã, pois esqueci ema embalagem de compra no apartamento, e ela pessoalmente encarregou-se de enviá-lo pelo correio.
Fiquei uma semana, senti falta de lençóis e uma toalha de rosto extra. Também tive dificuldade em me adequar ao horário de check-in, achei muito tarde (15h). A localização dificulta estacionamento e acesso por carro, além de ficar numa zona central e antiga de BH, de comércio popular.
