Luxury Furnished Flat in Rehab New Cairo

Exceptional stay. Truly five-star experience. This apartment is absolutely outstanding in every way. The place feels royal, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is top level, everything is perfectly maintained, and the furniture is luxurious and well thought out. The hospitality and treatment were beyond expectations. Very respectful, professional, and welcoming. I genuinely felt at home from the first moment, not like a guest in a rental. The location is excellent, with everything nearby and easy to access. If you are looking for a premium, high-end apartment that feels like your own home, this is the only choice. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment is huge & the location is safe. We stayed there because all I wanted was just resting after the intensity of the 10 days tour organized by my travel agent & our flight departing Egypt was at 8 am, since the traffic is bad & the airport line is slow so I chose a place closed to the airport and another reason I extended another 3 nights & stayed at the apartment so we could make my healthy drink which is just fresh lemon juice + honey every morning as I felt unwell, had sore throat & asthma, since we've have been traveling for nearly 3 months and this only our 1 month, didn't want to get sick as we still have 2 months to go.

I don't like to leave a negative review but I found reviews are very helpful & I wish people would leave honest reviews to help others. All I can say from my experience is that nothing is genuine & honest from the owner. There's no information at all from the listing about the policy that you must pay cash & in USD prior booking, however after booking & the day of the check in the owner said he only accepted USD, he refused EGP (meanwhile I have a lot) & must pay in USD & cash, we're from Australia & had no USD cash with us, the cost is $170.65 (or something), he made everything difficult & telling me there's no way I can buy USD here, kept telling me I don't understand of course I do, he's taking advantage of the USD currency against the Egypt's inflation (I've been investing in foreign exchange market since I was 18). At the last resort, I could pay €200 Euro for the price (how come is way higher? Meanwhile Euro is higher than USD), long story short I managed to get USD (2x$100) he took my $200. There was no kitchen knife & spatula, he then supplied a tiny 1 cm W x 3 cm L curved knife that can't even cut a lemon & the spatula is bigger than the fry pan that won't fit inside the pan (what a joke). At the end of our check out he offered me my change in EGP of course I refused as I have no use of it anymore, he lives in Egypt & even refused to accept the currency why would I? He offered us a free airport drop off with excuses of his good will, God willing & expecting 5* review, I accepted as I knew he would try hard not to give my change back, at least I don't lose all of my change. Well, he only gave back €20 for my change, FYI only costs $3 by DIDI to the airport, he lended me 150 EGP for the exchange & tried to charge us for the water. If you're foreigners please stick with staying at the reputable international chain 4 - 5* hotels, especially only two of you.
