Dobra lokalizacja z parkingiem, zadbany piękny teren.
Niestety jest to zgrupowanie domków a wynajmujący nie do końca zachowują się cicho. Imprezy urządzane w obszernej wiacie, wieczorami, zakłócają spokój. W samym domku łóżka są krótkie - przy wzroście 182cm trzeba spać z podgiętymi nogami lub z wystającymi po bokach. Brak też prysznica, jest tylko deszczownica, a całość nie ma żadnej osłony więc cała łazienka po prysznicu jest do mopowania.
