Brand new hotel. Everything is very clean and updated. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a continental style of set up. The lobby was inviting and the room was nice and clean.
The water pressure on the upper floor has some problems. When we first arrived the sink only had hot water, no cold at all. Later the next morning the sink was fine but the shower has little to no water pressure. It was difficult to even take a shower with the water just slowly running out. We talked to the front desk they offered to change our room but admitted that they had a lot of complaints about the 3rd and 4th floors and the water pressure so there's clearly something wrong with the new construction. They were so full that weekend that our only other option was another room on the 4th floor which didn't sound like it would ultimately fix the situation. The staff was very kind through the whole process but given that it's a structural/infrastructure issue (vs. a service thing) there was little they could actually do for us. I hope they get this fixed soon as otherwise it was a nice hotel, a decent location and very affordable vs. other hotels in the Lexington area.
