We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary so they decorated pur room and send us cake as well.This gesture is highly appreciated

Issue with the keys For 2 days we faced issue with our room keys

Location and the property are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Service was awful. Food was so horrible that, we ate plain curd and rice for two dinners. The swimming pool was unavailable (under maintenance for three days!!!!) for our two days of stay and the pool table in the games room was improperly placed (I mean, who places a pool table in a corner next to a glass panel?) and even cracked on the surface. Staff was extremely inefficient and annoyingly slow at service. We were given the bill upon vacating which was paid before we were bid warm farewell gestures and two hours after which they found another pending bill on us and called us!!!! We asked them to send us a QR code for paying and they sent us a code which can not accept more than ₹2000/- and the bill was more than that. Is this really the kind of system you run on? Is this really Vivanta by 'Taj' ?? We paid them while driving in spite of such poor net connectivity (very common in Arunachal Pradesh) after multiple phone calls and clarifications. Horrible horrible experience, will never recommend to anyone.
