Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $100 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional fees. You may request a crate at no charge in our enhancements page: www.sivr.rentals/enhancements
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.

Property and home were beautiful and very comfortable. View was gorgeous! Nice area for walking our furbaby. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook our large Thanksgiving meal. Enjoyed the awesome campfire and hot tub! Our host was always responsive and very helpful. We loved it and we’ll be back!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our wedding weekend of our son! From the amazing communication from the Host to the sunset in the backyard, we had an incredible stay! We loved our accommodations! Whenever we come back to So IL we will make sure to stay here!! Thank you so much for everything!! Wonderful home away from home!!

First of all let me say this was a beautiful home. We did enjoy our week stay. The scenery was spectacular. The weather was perfect. Loved the fire pit. There are a lot of improvements to make it a better stay. The hot tub was sitting at 80 degree? The furnace did not work. The fireplace did not work. She came out to fix fireplace once and then it quit on us again. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 adults. The back concrete steps were a hazard. Two sisters missed the first step going down and fell. Needs to be a step down strip running along the top of the step so you can see it better, The concrete steps all just blend in too well to see that top step to step down. The place was full of mice. Yes we saw 5 of them and one of them slowly died in the game room. Overall we had a wonderful time and would probably still stay here even with the few issues we had.
