Great place to stay! Would stay again!

We loved the property. It was clean and as described. We had plenty of room. We used this a central point between Zion and Bryce national parks. The issue we had was communications. Usually when we rent we get the check in information at least the day before we are to arrive. When we landed in Las Vegas I still didn't have the check in information so I asked the property manager for it. The reply was quick, but I have never had to do that before. The other thing that happened when we were there was a relator showing of the property. We were sitting for dinner and we hear the lock on the door unlocking. In walked a relator with potential buyers of the property. It was very awkward. I sent a message to the property manager with this concern. When I was in the VRBO app I noticed that she did send me a message the day before. First, we had no idea that it was for sale and that there was a possibility that it would be shown. Second, we were on vacation and hiking in areas without cell service and I wasn't checking emails or the VRBO app for messages. I did not reply to the message sent through the app so the property manager should have sent me a text message or called to let me know this. I would recommend staying here, it is a great property. Just be aware that it is for sale and that means that a showing could happen during your stay.

Beautiful property, I loved everything about it. The neighborhood is stunning and we all felt very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this home.

Property was clean, though dog hair was an issue from previous guests. Throw blankets and furniture had enough dog hair to lead to allergy issues for one guest. Cooling the upstairs is difficult. We found some vents under beds somewhat blocked by bed skirts. Even with the vents fully exposed, we were never able to get the upstairs to a comfortable temperature. Also, when the AC system is running it's loud downstairs to the point of annoyance. This could be a major issue is summer temperatures. Shower leaks have damaged the bathroom baseboards. Make sure you go to the last building on the right. The building numbers aren't well lit at night. Appliances were all in good condition. Neighborhood is quiet in the evenings but there's new construction next door that woke us up at 7am most days. Hot water is insufficient for 6 guests so shower times must be staggered. Location is great.
