Enjoy a stylish getaway at League Lofts 304– a centrally-located loft in historic downtown Galveston! Just a block from the best restaurants, bars and shopping on the Island, the location cannot be beat. With a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, the loft comfortably sleeps up to 3 people. Whether you’re looking to spend time on The Strand, the beach, or a quick overnight before a cruise departure, this loft is the perfect home base for your trip. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS BUILDING. IT IS ALL ONLY STAIRS!
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Historic Downtown area of Galveston, Texas, half mile from cruise ship terminal. This is a historic building with early 20th century building materials and single-pane windows. Noise may be present.
● Beach Access: Less than a 4-minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Parking: Paid street parking options on the streets surrounding the building.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

This is our third time to stay in this unit- great location, very clean, and the bed is super comfortable. We will definitely continue to stay here as much as possible.

Very very nice place, make sure to read the description, we missed that it said the elevator was broken, and had to walk 3 flights of stairs. Make sure to bring a good blanket, it got very cold and the comforter was thin, couldn’t find any other blankets in the loft. We enjoyed walking the bars, and restaurants, and shops. It was nice to leave the car parked and enjoy just walking around. We felt very safe and secure.

Very cute little loft! It was just what we needed for one quick night in Galveston. Everything was clean and just as described. It was a little noisy at night with street noise, but next time I would just bring a sound machine to help drown it out. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we’ll recommend it to friends who want to stay on the Strand.

This property just needs to go that little extra step and take care of the mold that's on the caulk in the bathtub. Fix the bathroom mirror that doesn't hang correctly. Adjust the rug on the floor. It's a tripping hazard and the doors hang on the rug and if they would add those little multi plugs to the nightstands where you don't have to get down on the floor to plug your chargers in that would be fantastic.
The property itself is in a good location. Great for walking the area. We felt safe and it was clean. Overall. We enjoyed our time.
