About this cottage rental
Detached house. Ground floor: living room with two sitting areas (one on a mezzanine level with a library and TV) and kitchen with a central island (TV), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, TV), bathroom with a whirlpool bath and walk-in shower, toilet, laundry room (sink, washing machine, dryer, second fridge/freezer). First floor: bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, single bed), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom (two single beds), bathroom, toilet, dormitory (six single beds, TV).
Basement cellar with a local producers' storage area. Geothermal heating from the pond and solar water heater included. Games room (table tennis, darts, shuffleboard, badminton, molkky, building and board games), carport. A private, unfenced terrace and garden of approximately 1000 m² on a shared property with another gîte, totaling 4.5 hectares and including a 1300 m² pond. Boating and catch-and-release fishing are permitted. In-house massage service available upon reservation. Farm animals and cattle roam freely. Maximum 2 dogs accepted. Ideal for groups, with a superb living room and terrace surrounded by the famous pear and apple trees of the Domfront region! At the foot of Mont Margantin, Olivier personally restored this hamlet, abandoned for 30 years, using only traditional and local materials: local sandstone, old tiles, hemp and lime, beams, joists, parquet flooring, and paneling made from mature trees on the property... Seven years of work resulted in a remarkably authentic setting! Olivier's parents, located 1 km away, offer tours of their remarkable garden and a small museum of antique agricultural tools from the last century.
The price includes: Electricity and heating + bed linen (bed made upon arrival) + household linen (tea towels, hand towels, bath towels, etc.) + towels + end-of-stay cleaning + electric vehicle charging.

Gite propre, agréable, chaleureux, très bien équipé
Extérieur super pour les enfants comme les grands. Tout est prévu : ping-pong, fléchettes, badminton....
