17th-century Percheron farmhouse. Ground floor: entrance with intercom, living room with lounge area (open or closed fireplace) and fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine: please BRING YOUR OWN CAPSULES), laundry room, separate WC.
First floor (accessible by stairs or elevator): lounge (TV), office area, blue bedroom (queen-size bed, TV, secure key safe) with en-suite bathroom and WC, yellow bedroom (queen-size bed that can be separated into two single beds, single bed, secure key safe), shower room (double vanity, walk-in shower and WC), Harlequin suite with bedroom/living room (comfortable double sofa bed) and balcony, then bedroom (king-size bed, TV, secure key safe) with en-suite shower room (double vanity, walk-in shower and WC) adapted for people with disabilities.
Underfloor heating. A 100 m² terrace and a 1500 m² enclosed garden with mature trees. Motorcycle shelter. Four adult bicycles and two children's bicycles (ages 10 and 15) are available free of charge. This spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable gîte boasts a modern country chic style and has been skillfully restored by local artisans! Located on the edge of the forest, you'll enjoy an ideal setting for exploring the Perche region and its many leisure activities within a 10 km radius.
