Ideally located for your holidays with family or friends, in a bucolic setting, the three cottages of Clos du Paradis invite you to experience the serenity of this charming village in the Bourbonnais countryside, near the Saint-Pourçain vineyards. The personalized décor of each cottage offers a cozy atmosphere, imbued with soft or vibrant hues. From the large terrace, you will appreciate the view over the meadows and centuries-old oak trees. Nearby, you will find a fitness trail, a children's playground, a water play area, a pétanque court, and a mini-stadium (basketball, football, etc.).
On the ground floor: living room with kitchenette, one bedroom (one 160x200 cm bed), one bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds). Shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet. Eco-friendly central heating (biomass network) included. Reversible air conditioning. 15 m² terrace, 400 m² private garden, views of the countryside, hedgerows, and pond. Souvigny 20 km. St Pourçain sur Sioule 12 km.
COTTAGE AMENITIES: Heating and electricity included, tea towels and basic supplies included (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.).
For any bed linen option, it will be made upon your arrival.
Bed linen includes: pillowcases and bolster covers, fitted sheet, and duvet.
Towels include: 2 towels per person + 1 washcloth.
Check-in is from 4 pm due to the owner's work schedule.
