First floor efficiency end unit located inside the award winning World Tour Golf Course. *Located just a few minutes from area shopping, airport, area attractions, and of course the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
The Space:
*First floor, end efficiency
* unit with queen bed.
*Can accommodate 2 guests.
*Small Kitchenette is fully equipped with all basics.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and smart TV available.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with white card. Access card must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card.
*No mailbox for this location.
*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle.

This place was great, exactly what we needed. In great shape, quiet and safe area, clean, and close to plenty of attractions. The host was very responsive as well! We would definitely stay again
