Located in the heart of Sugarhouse, you’ll be 10 minutes from downtown SLC, and 15 minutes from the SL International Airport. Perfectly located within seconds to freeway access to take you to your choice of 9 of Utah’s best ski resorts! Walking distance to shopping, dining, parks, and 2 golf courses.
This wonderful escape includes everything needed to complete your getaway. Our fully loaded kitchen includes a fridge stocked with mini water bottles, stove/oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, all cooking items, Keurig & coffee pods. Stackable washer & dryer so you can pack light!
One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, fresh linens, 2 bath robes, iron & ironing board, 43” Smart TV, and wireless charging dock for 2 devices. Draw the blackout shades for those mornings meant for sleeping in.
Fire up the BBQ grill and wait by the heat of the fire pit as you cook your steaks. Afterwards you can snuggle up on the couch with a soft blanket as you indulge in your favorite movie. We’ve recently built the Chix Carlton Hotel for our new chickens in the back of the yard! Whether the chickens are kept in the coop or get to roam free in the yard is completely up to you, just message us with your preference. They are quiet and super fun to watch! Sarah will come into the yard once or twice a day at most to feed and care for the chickens. We value and honor your privacy so we’ll make the chicken care-taking quick! :)

Loved the space, the location, the park nearby, the recommendations. The bed was extra comfy. They've thought of everything! And our pup loved having a little space to explore and soak up the morning sun. So happy to have found the GPS!

No need to search for outstanding accommodations in Salt Lake City! Just head right to this fabulous site, and book a stay at Greg and Sarah’s place. Look forward to high end furnishings, a private patio with lush vegetation, spotless conditions and two superb hosts. Surrounded by quaint houses, city parks and sidewalks for strolling, this is neighborhood living at its best.

Small but very comfortable. The kitchen had a nice variety of good pots and pans as well as knives, coffee and a dishwasher. Off street parking is a nice plus.
