Gas, groceries, retail shops, and convenient dining options are less than a mile away. You'll also be within easy reach of some fantastic parks, public green spaces, and great golf options. The home is within 11 miles of the airport and downtown is just over 25 miles away. Its proximity to HCA Kingswood and several area hospitals also makes this a great choice for traveling nurses and health professionals. Other nearby attractions include Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center, Old Town Spring, Mercer Botanic Gardens, Old MacDonald's Farm, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and the National Museum of Funeral History.

The home's open-concept layout is designed for family gatherings. The full kitchen makes it easy to whip up home-cooked meals and a dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
